3D Bioprinted Tumoroid Platforms
Patient-derived 3D Bioprinted tumoroids
Our lab is pioneering a 3D-bioprinted, patient-derived tumoroid platform that recreates the complex architecture and immune microenvironment of genitourinary cancers. This technology allows us to model how individual tumors respond to therapies in real time, bridging the gap between traditional cell culture and clinical precision oncology. By integrating autologous immune cells, stromal components, and patient-specific tumor cells, our platform captures the biological diversity that drives treatment resistance and disease progression. These living models serve as powerful tools for studying tumor-immune interactions, testing therapeutic combinations, and identifying biomarkers that predict clinical response. Ultimately, our goal is to establish a new standard for personalized cancer modeling and therapeutic discovery.
